Haley Bell (She/Her/Hers) is a Holistic Therapist and Integrative Coach who brings a powerful combination of heart, experience, training, and education to her work. With over 20 years of experience, Haley has spent most of her career working with individuals who suffer from complex trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression and in settings such as Jails, Prisons, Treatment Centers, Psychiatric Hospitals, Reservations, and Community Health Centers. In addition, Haley has worked with diverse populations such as the LGBTQ+ Community, BIPOC Communities, and Veterans. Haley holds two Master's Degrees, one in Psychology and Counseling, and is currently Independently Licensed as a Therapist. In 2022, Haley completed a year-long program with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) where she received her Certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Treatment and Therapy. Haley is excited to work with individuals using medicines such as Ketamine, MDMA, and Psilocybin. Haley believes that people transform differently and wants to be able to provide an eclectic healing “toolbox” to her clients. She is also a Certified Integrative Coach and an active member of the Association for Coaching (AC).
Haley uses a holistic approach to healing and her work has been dedicated to finding innovative and effective ways to guide people into finding their inner healing power. One of Haley's strengths is her ability to hold space for transformation, insight, and healing to occur from a non-judgmental approach. Haley considers herself a life learner and understands that her continued growth will lead to an increased ability to help others find their authentic selves, release old patterns, and create fulfilling lives. Her hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her success. Haley is not satisfied with "okay" or "good." She wants the client to walk away from a session feeling motivated, empowered, hopeful, and excited about their life. It has been through Haley's years of work in the mental health system that she developed an awareness of the need to create safer spaces, where true healing can occur. Haley believes that " without safe spaces, self-compassion, and love, we remain stuck. It is only when we believe we're worthy, develop insight, and take action that we are truly free." One of Haley's greatest strengths is her ability to authentically connect with others, see both their needs and their potential and work with them from a perspective of unconditional positive regard.
In her free time, Haley enjoys outdoor adventures with her family and friends. On the weekend you can catch Haley kayaking a river, hiking a mountain, or camping away from the world. In addition, she loves to practice yoga and meditation and enjoys sharing all of her life experiences and adventures with her partner, children, and fur babies!

Hello there. If you are here, you are likely seeking something. What I offer is my genuine connected presence. I offer my compassion. I offer eyes that see what others miss. I can see through the fog to your guides who are trying to share messages and guidance with gained trust. My promise is that even if no one else truly sees you, I will. I cannot tell you I have been through what you have, because that would be a lie. What I can promise is that I can sit with you in your darkness, and never lose sight of your light and your potential, even if you can’t see it, and offer my deep belief that it is in your grasp to remember your truth and your purpose. I can tell you I don’t run from my own darkness so yours won’t shock me. I can tell you that my greatest strength is that I always choose love. I am deeply spiritual, and not at all religious, but will respect all faiths. Come as you are, and I will do what I can to help you find your strength and your light. I believe I am guided by spirits and angels. I feel deeply connected and led by them. I believe this connection will guide our work together, if you choose to work with me. I believe the right people will be led to me.
I have 20 years of experience working with people who are suffering, or who are trying to escape or manage deep pain. I have a Master’s degree in social work. I have training in motivational interviewing, cbt, dbt, somatic experiencing, EMDR and much more. I’ve worked with ages 5 to 95, with people who have told me about trauma that marked me for life, and with people who grew up with a silver spoon, rule followers and people on parole, gang members and veterans, victims, and victimizers. I have found that what is most important is I have an ability to love what others consider unlovable, and to truly, deeply hear what people are saying. I tend to not subscribe to Western ways of healing. I believe that most diagnoses are useless and that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. I believe the spirit is where our power lies, and so it is where I look first when healing needs to happen. My approach is spirit-centered and holistic. If I feel I am not what you need I will tell you, and hope you will do the same. I invite you to reach out and we will find out together.
